Fill Your Love Tank

Love tank

God sure does know our works. He sees how devoted we are to His work, how committed we are to our assignments in church, etc. Maybe we still go for midweek services, vigils, early morning prayer meetings or even come to church before anyone else to clean the church. We do all these though they are not so convenient for us. We even check out every word every acclaimed prophet says to discern if it’s from God or not. How beautiful!

However, can we say we still love God like we did at first? Like really? Do we seek him with the diligence and zeal with which we sought Him when we first surrendered our lives to Him? Has the honeymoon phase passed or are we still deeply in love with Him? Are those days when all we wanted to do was to remain in His presence and bask in His love still here? Do we still say, “Dear God, I cannot eat without you or I cannot go out without you or what dress, shirt or shoe should I wear?”

And, do we still love each other like we used to? I mean seriously. Do we still look after our brothers and sisters like we used to?

Soooo, thinking about the depreciation or appreciation yet? How much of filling of our love tank do we have to do? We are the light of the world. Let there be love multiplied in our hearts. Love towards God and man.
