THE POWER OF REVELATION

Have you ever embarked on a particular task and felt tired of pursuing it after a while?

Maybe you were propelled to do it because you saw some purple doing the same and you admired them; it looked good on them. Or you just were moved by emotions into that venture.

In such cases, you find that the zeal with which you start begins to wane off or you just find yourself struggling through. Emotions are not reliable foundations for serious ventures. Anything built on mere spur of the moment will not stand the test of time; especially when you meet roadblocks in your way.

There is however something that will serve as a firm foundation for your endeavors in life. I was reading the book of Galatians when I came to the fifteenth and sixteenth verse of the first chapter of the book and found it out.

“. . . But even before I was born, God chose me and called me by his marvelous grace. Then it pleased him to reveal his Son to me so that I would proclaim the Good News about Jesus to the Gentiles . . . (Galatians 1:15‭-‬16 NLT)

My friend, you don’t need to copy and paste someone’s lifestyle unto yours. What you need is revelation.

Revelation charts the course of your life.

Revelation brings direction

Revelation brings clarity of vision

Revelation brings passion

Pray for revelation. . .

The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. (Deuteronomy 29:29 KJV)

While others are groping around in darkness, you get to walk on straight paths if you have access to revelation.

Do you know you would have let go of some time wasting ventures you are busy pursuing if you had access to revelation?

. . . May it please the Lord to reveal to you His mind concerning your life and situation in Jesus’ name!
